1. Text and shapes
- Select a page. Choose Add Content → Text, enter Text, Font size, Text color and Alignment. Keep Transparent background checked unless you want a colored text panel.
- Click Draw text area, drag on the page and release. Drag the element to move it; use the selected element’s bottom-right circle to resize.
- Double-click Text or click Edit selected element. The property dialog also offers Font, Bold, Italic and Opacity. Confirm Apply changes.
- For a panel use Shape, configure Fill, Border, Border width and Corner radius, then Draw shape. The edit dialog also changes shape type and opacity.
Text is an added overlay. It does not rewrite the rasterized wording inside an imported PDF.
2. Images and layer order
- Choose Image, select a file and draw its rectangle. To replace the file while retaining the area, select it and use Edit selected element.
- Pages → + Image page instead appends entire image pages. It is not the command for a photograph within a page.
- If a panel hides text, choose Backward for that panel in Interactive content, or right-click → Send backward.
- Right-click offers Edit, Duplicate, Bring forward, Send backward and Delete. A duplicated element retains its data and URL.
3. Button or link area?

- For a Button enter its text and complete URL, set colors/size and draw it. Double-click to change properties, including Open in new tab.
- For a link area use Edit target to change destination and Edit area to redraw its rectangle.
4. Embed a YouTube or Vimeo video
- Choose Video or + Video from URL. Paste a public YouTube/Vimeo address in Video URL. YouTube youtu.be, shorts and embed links are supported too.
- Click Draw video area on page and draw its rectangle. This is not a local MP4 upload.
- Use Full preview to play it; the editor uses the element for positioning. If embedding is disabled at the provider, resizing cannot fix that restriction.
5. Undo and reader checks
- Use Add Content → Undo/Redo for page/element changes. This is not a complete history of viewer settings.
- Undo keeps up to 40 session snapshots. Opening a project or replacing it by PDF import clears Undo/Redo.
- Save the .pdfinflip for a durable editable copy. Test interactions in Full preview and the final export; links/images may show a PRO notice with the applicable plan.
